In this series we will explore the brilliant dynamic of both active and passive yoga techniques.

All sessions will include practices we perform or work hard in, as well as practices we ease into or receive. A great way to bring ourselves into balance.

Suitable for all levels. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early. Online option also available. Recordings available if you must miss class, just ask in advance.
