Ayurveda is considered a sister science to yoga. It can be used as a lens to view yourself, the world, how things relate. It offers guidance to optimize health. It offers home remedies, recipes, and practices to alleviate symptoms.

Workshop will include a dosha quiz (and context), discussion, light practice, and sample plans to include your new tools.
