Chakras are energy centers in the body. They are also very useful lenses through which we can gain insights into our body, mind, and life. Working with these lenses while we practice asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques) helps clarify what is being seen, sensed, felt. Exploring these insights can lead us to health and happiness.
