The Yoga Mobility Series is a five week series focused on finding, building, enhancing, and maintaining your mobility. All so you can continue doing the things you love as you age.
Sessions will include yoga asana (poses), some more active mobility drills, stretching, relaxing, and maintaining brain health.
Series runs Mondays, June 24 - July 29, (no series July 22 for Reiki Sound Healing) 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
