In this series we will explore the nervous system and how we can work with it to improve our experience, as well as how we can work with our experience to improve our nervous system.

All sessions will include discussion, as well as active practices that include pranayama, asana, and meditation.

Suitable for all levels. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early. Online option also available. Recordings available if you must miss class, just ask in advance.
