As the evenings come on earlier, we enjoy a deeply relaxing class by beautiful candlelight.
Yin Yoga is a type of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time. They may be supported or not. The intention is to increase flexibility, beyond the muscles to the fascia.
We will talk briefly about Yin Yoga, practice, and take time to meditate when we are done.
Suitable for those who are comfortable (or working to be more comfortable) being still and with their own thoughts.
