Dawn has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for 10. She brings positivity, humor, and deep knowledge to each class. Her classes are ever changing, offering insights and opportunities, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
Jeanna Southerling
Jeanna has been practicing yoga for 15 years and coaching gymnastics for 19 years, which bring both grounding and dynamic insight to her teaching.
You can find her teaching yoga at both UFD and the Andover YMCA. She is thrilled be teaching, witnessing others transform their everyday lives, and sharing all that yoga has done for her.
Alisa Kiffmeyer
Alisa Kiffmeyer is a MN native, avid rock collector, Reiki practitioner, 200RYT (by none other than our own Upward Facing Dawn teacher Dawn Jenkins!).
Alisa has suffered from trauma and autoimmune issues and enjoys helping others by using Hatha and Gentle yoga. Her classes offer medium to low paced practice with modified challenges. She incorporates calming meditation at the end of her practice for time to reflect and focus on yourself.
Angie Okeefe
Angie has been passionate about health and fitness of both mind and body for as long as she can remember. She has been a NETA certified fitness instructor for over three years and completed her 200 hour yoga certification through Upward Facing Dawn Yoga Studio. She is excited to bring her passion for life, yoga, and overall wellness to her Hatha yoga classes.
