“We’re so engaged in doing things to achieve purposes of outer value, that we forget the inner value, the rapture that is associated with being alive, is what it is all about”. ~ Joseph Campbell

Get away from it all for a few days. Step out of your day-to-day chores and have-to’s, to nurture and nourish yourself. Dig into your yoga practice, and reconnect to your life’s meaning.

Between the yoga, meditation, we’ll have two workshops to dig into how we make meaning, what is meaningful to us, and how we can live lives of deeper meaning and purpose.

Making Meaning happens all the time. Why not be intentional about it?
